Throughout my journey of personal development, healing, and ongoing study I have found that the best approach to achieving and maintaining wellness is to look at ourselves as multi-dimensional beings with a variety of needs.
I like to refer to my overall services as Transformational Coaching + Healing because it allows for more flexibility in terms of how I can customize each session to your needs on any given day.
My formal education was in Psychology and Social Work and, in addition to that course of study, I have trained in various methods and modalities in order to provide a dynamic approach to wellness.
